Colleen Gray manages our commercial and civil litigation practice. As a seasoned litigator in all aspects, Colleen focuses on contract litigation, business litigation, foreclosure defense, and all areas of real estate litigation.
Colleen earned her Bachelor’s degree from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a law degree from New York Law School. After law school, she served as a Public Service Graduate Fellow with NY State Division of Human Rights, where she investigated claims of age and disability discrimination.
As a well-rounded advocate, Colleen has successfully prosecuted and defended breach of contract claims, subrogation claims and business divorce and dissolution cases. She also represents victims of auto accidents, slip and fall accidents, and negligent home repairs. In real estate, Colleen handles all parties to real estate litigation, including transactions requiring judicial intervention, partition actions, constructive trusts, and quiet title actions. In her foreclosure defense work, Colleen defends homeowners and/or debtors against foreclosure claims, helping clients save their homes and properties while guiding them through the entire litigation process.
Today, Colleen serves as Vice President to the Chair of the Nassau County Bar Association’s Plaintiff’s Round Table. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Nassau County Bar Association. She is also a member of the Long Beach Chamber of Commerce and Long Beach Chapter of Business Network International.
